Hello! I love your Christmas card.

I have a question about one of your layouts. It is in the gallery linked on the right. It is a layout of your daughter at age 10. You used several tiny tags. Are those premade tags? Or did you use a punch with pattern paper? I wanted to know your source for the punch.
